1 A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total cost of the work is required on placement of order/commencement of the work.
2 Payment by cash, cheque or postal order or by PayPal, or by direct money transfer (bank details on request); cheques payable to 'J Taylor' and sent to : address on request.
3 The payment of the balance of the total cost + the return carriage cost is required on completion of the work and on receipt the item/s will be despatched or may be picked up.
4 Return carriage service is 'insured to value' special delivery by Royal Mail or equivalent carriage service.
5 Any additional artwork requests extra to those detailed in the quote will be charged as extra to the total cost of the original quoted price.
6 All items to be removed from motorcycle & trikes/vehicles by the customer and delivered/picked up/carriage at the customer’s expense, unless otherwise arranged.
7 Helmets will be dismantled to accommodate the painting process unless the customer specifies otherwise.
8. Every effort is made to meet deadlines however due to the nature of the work finish dates cannot be guaranteed and the customer waivers any rights to claim costs incurred as a result.
